PAYMENT

We accept the following credit and debit cards for online, postal and telephone orders:

Payment for online orders is via WorldPay.

We also accept payment by cheque for postal orders. Please print out the order form at the checkout page.

POSTAGE

In order to ensure that our prices are kept to a minimum, the cost for Postage and Packaging is £3.95 for items mailed to an address within the UK only (please note large or heavy items may be subject to a small Postage and Packaging surcharge). If you spend over £100 postage is free in the UK.

If you would like goods sent to an address outside of the UK please contact the shop via email or phone to discuss the postage charge.

If If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, please return them to us at The Shop, Geevor Tin Mine, Pendeen, Penzance TR19 7EW (in their original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange them or refund your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order, or seven days after the receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. If you have already received the goods please return them as described above.

Is a subsidiary of Pendeen Community Heritage, the charity (No. 1087755) that manages and preserves the mining heritage of Geevor. All shop profits are used to preserve and interpret the industrial history of the mine.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information you give us lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent (except when you have sent us an email).

We will only use the information we collect about you with your consent to tell you about our services.

We will never wilfully disclose personal information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.

We do not use cookies or any other technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
